Three or More Authors

In general, in-text citations require the author’s last name and the page number when available. When you have three or more authors from one source, include the first author followed by “et al.” and include them in the order they appear in the source.

Censorship is prevalent in Europe as well with governments “moving towards a more authoritative regulation of culture, media, and the universities” (Erlanson et al. 9).
