Maricopa Community College Course Competency Alignment

This textbooks aligns with many MCCCD course specific competencies that include research, writing and information literacy instruction. Here are several examples of current MCCCD course specific alignment:

ENG 101: 

  • Course Competency #4: Summarize, paraphrase and quote from sources to maintain academic integrity and to develop and support one`s own ideas.

ENG 102:

  • Course Competency #6:  Identify, select and use an appropriate documentation style to maintain academic integrity.

IFS 110:
