Keeping somebody out of sight will make you think less about them which is what you ultimately want. Another tip is to give yourself time to accept that you’ve lost the person. Trying to move on right away isn’t necessarily the healthiest thing to do. You need time to focus on who you are as a person and learn how to be independent again. The main priority after a break up is yourself. It can be hard to take care of yourself, but you learn to move on.
