Executive Summary

For this grant I created 10 Genially slide presentations to be used in the teaching of a film-based English 102 course. The Genially slide presentations all use a common film-themed background that makes use of a variety of images related to the film industry and the making of films. The Genially slide presentations have been designed to enhance the content of the course by increasing student interaction through the use of embedded film clips, memes, links, etc. Each Genially slide presentation employees several teaching strategies to engage students in the learning process. All the developed Geniallys are user-friendly and do not require prior technical skills for students to navigate.
